Michael Wong

Michael brings a rare blend of real estate expertise and digital innovation to Team Wong Hawaii. As a licensed broker and the team’s Director of Digital Content & Technology Strategy, he builds the systems, content, and digital infrastructure that power the team’s growth, from SEO-driven blogs and video production to AI-integrated workflows and lead management architecture.

What sets Michael apart is his ability to see both sides of the equation. His broker’s license gives him a complete understanding of real estate from contract to closing, while his technical background allows him to build marketing systems that actually move the needle. He constructed Team Wong Hawaii’s entire digital presence from scratch and created Hawaii Home Tours, a premier Hawaii real estate Instagram page that’s grown to over 16K followers.

For clients, this translates to something tangible: listings that benefit from a fully integrated marketing approach where SEO, social media strategy, professional video content, and emerging AI tools work together to maximize exposure. Michael still regularly appears on camera, producing content that explores market trends, new developments, and the nuances that make Hawaii real estate unique. He handles everything from concept and scripting to shooting and editing.

At his core, Michael is driven by curiosity and a genuine desire to help others bring their vision to life. He’s a builder at heart, whether he’s architecting a lead nurture system, mapping out a content strategy, making custom keebs, or vibe coding an After Effects pluggin. Outside of work, he stays creative through skateboarding, photography, and video production, and increasingly through experimenting with AI automation workflows and coding projects. These pursuits aren’t just hobbies. They sharpen the problem-solving and creative thinking he brings to his work every day.
