Michelle Love

Michelle Love is the Client Care & Operations Director for Team Wong Hawaiʻi, and a licensed Realtor with Hawaiʻi Modern Realty. She supports clients from start to finish—beginning with the very first consultation and staying by their side all the way through closing day and the moment keys are exchanged.

As Corinda Wong’s daughter, Michelle has grown up around real estate and understands that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major life moment. Her role on the team is designed to make that experience feel organized, clear, and as stress-free as possible.

Before joining real estate full-time, Michelle built a strong foundation in both corporate and transaction-based environments. She began her career in Washington working in Human Resources at Amazon, where she developed strengths in process management, communication, and people-first problem solving. She later worked in escrow—an experience that gives her a unique advantage in guiding clients through the contract, paperwork, and timeline with confidence.

Michelle is known for being highly professional, dedicated, and exceptionally easy to work with. Clients often describe her as detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and someone who consistently exceeds expectations. She takes pride in making sure no one ever feels lost, rushed, or left wondering what happens next.

Throughout every transaction, Michelle handles the logistics and communication with escrow, lenders, inspectors, and vendors on behalf of clients—so they don’t have to. She keeps clients informed every step of the way with clear timelines, weekly check-ins, and proactive guidance so they feel prepared for each milestone before it happens.

Michelle is especially passionate about supporting first-time homebuyers and homeowners navigating a major transition. Whether someone is excited, nervous, overwhelmed, or simply busy, she meets them where they are—moving at their pace, answering questions as they come up, and breaking the process into clear, manageable steps. If things start to feel overwhelming, she helps create a simple game plan so clients feel confident and supported moving forward.

Team Wong Hawaiʻi is built around the belief that every person, situation, and transaction is unique. That’s why the team has a dedicated Client Care & Operations Director—so clients are never treated like “one of many,” but instead feel personally cared for with custom support that matches their needs, goals, and timeline.

Outside of real estate, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and raising her two young daughters. She is also actively involved in her community as part of the Parent Teacher School Hui (PTSH) at Saint John Vianney School.

If you’re looking for a real estate team that combines experience, strategy, and genuine care—Michelle is one of the key people ensuring your journey is smooth, supported, and successful from start to finish.
